A Cultural Exchange's office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are open to the public after 10:00 a.m. Please feel free to contact us directly with any questions you might have. A Cultural Exchange is located at the corner of E. 127th & Larchmere in a building that looks like a church. Parking is available on E. 127th, as well as some metered and non-metered spots on Larchmere. We suggest you enter the building through the front door, which is unlocked during business hours. You may ring the doorbell on E. 127th St. to enter as well.
